We've started laying out narrow trails and prepping stand sites for the the upcoming Fall hunts. It's so nice in the woods this time of year. No bugs, no leaves, and visibility is fantastic. The spots we are concentrating on are places where we saw big bulls late last Fall, after the 2009 season ended. A few well placed trails allows the hunter and guides to move around quickly and quietly as the wind direction and situation calls for. This is a proven method for us.
